f30 335xi choking

Hey guys. So, I have a 335xi 2015 with a catless wagner DP and wagner IC. Im driving it about a year already and had some troubles after chip. After first version of a ECU map i had BIG chokes in a 2nd gear at about 6k rpm, also misfires, burned coils etc. so I called them and they told me that n55 ECU base soft had some bugs and I need to update it at BMW ASO and after that I need to come to them again to upload the map again. So I did that, I get to them again, they chip tuned my car again but there was HP decrease from 427hp (first version of chip) to 407hp and for about half year everything were fine. From few weeks I have these weird chokes back again but without misfires etc. problems and this time it's happening on 4th gear at about 6k rpm. Also engine behave very weird after I start it first time after the night. The RPM is going high as always on cold start and after few sec it's starts choking and after next few seconds it's getting normal again.
So concluding, is there someone who had similar troubles and found a solution? Is there any way I could diagnose it though OBD somehow?

Who did the tuning? Do you have a way for scanning the car for codes??

That was one of the most recommended polish tuning companies, don't want to use the names. What do you mean by scanning the car for codes? I have OBD and I have esys configured, idk if I can do that with this.

Looks like your ECU is bugging out with all those errors.. Can you easily flash back to stock and see if the problems go away?
