that's sucks, I had something similar happen to me a couple of months ago, yours doesn't look that bad tho, If I was you I will start by removing the rear bumper myself and push the dent back out, it doesn't look like you have paint damage if you are lucky it might just buff out its worth the shot

After taking off the bumper cover, use hairdryer to warm up the area before pushing it out . Go slow and push out a little bit at a time. Good luck !

Thanks, yeah I got it taken care of. Good thing there were camera's in the garage at my work. As a side note are there any recommendations for places to get a nice detail job done? I wanted to get my car and my wife's mini done before the winter.
