I would just run the motor. If car shuts down during install, install will stop until car powers back up.

Yes. You likely have ENTRYNAV head unit, and could update to Europe ROUTE 2015-2 Map.

Not released yet. Europe MOTION 2015-2 will also be split into East and West.
