advice needed please

Bought two daughters a SEAT IBIZA & VW UP, both cars came with no rear sensors so had SEAT dealer fit them on the ibiza, great job flush just like factory. Was so impressed with the result I booked the VW UP at the same dealer(SEAT) quoting that I was happy with the ibiza so want them fitted to the VW UP. When they delivered the UP back I noticed they were different sensors which look like a Halford job, even worst when inspecting closely I noticed one sensor at an angle so I carefully tried to level it with my finger and the bloody thing fell through, I just can't reach it from behind the bumper to wedge it back in. I called the dealer and told them that I specifically asked for flush sensors just like our SEAT ibiza's and what was fitted looks like Halford job plus one sensor has fallen through. They sent me an email with a link to pay for the job but as I was in the middle of this pelarva I thought id hold on this was on Thursday, the car is going back on Monday to sort out the fallen sensor and once that's sorted we will discuss the sensors fitted. Today I get another email with a link to pay them but I refuse as I'm sure once they fit the sensor back and payment is made they will fuck me off. The picture(google pic) shows what I asked for and what I got.

If you have the one on the right, and it fell thru the bumper, then there is something seriously wrong as they fit from the front.

The hole size on the ones on the right is bigger than the ones on the left.

Weirdly, the rear of my BM has 2flush and 2std.

Yes they fitted the ones on the right, the part that's fallen through is the round middle part.

Update

Dealer has waved the bill so have decided to stick with the sensors given, can't really complain of a £400 saving.
