Volvo subscription

A friend asked me about this.

https://www.volvocars.com/uk/care-by...SAAEgItc_D_BwE

It does look like an option. No upfront payments and you can chop and change cars.

Has anyone got any experience of this?

Many thanks.

Not got any experience yet but when I come to change I’m going to have a good look. I like the flexibility it offers and it seems much more relevant than PCP or HP etc

I considered this, decided not to in the end.

Check the terms as apparently it doesn't include insurance except for the first 30 days.

Flippin expensive though even with no deposit, the likes of flexifleet or apexrental are cheaper id say and as much flexibility.

I think as a short term 3-4 month rental if you were waiting for a new car and had sold yours it looks good as a way to tide yourself over, but as a long term option I don't see the point in paying those prices to swap from one fairly boring car to another...just lease one long term for much less.

I am not sure but I think it is CAZOO they are offering new cars for monthly subscription which includes everything, road tax insurance all servicing all you have to do is pay for the fuel has to be taken over a certain period but if you want to change every six months the premium was higher, are BMW not looking into this.

I've experienced with Fin Auto and I think a lot of the car subscription companies do long-term rentals. Might be worth ringing some and checking.
