Re-setting fuel rail adaptions with Ista+

Hi all,
Had loads of problems with my 320d f30
I had a turbo failure which took out injectors and dpf
all replaced and the car is now up and running again except for one problem: when I step on the throttle the engine cuts out and I get the drivetrain error with codes relating to fuel pressure. In the process of repair the fuel rail regulator and pressure sensor were also replaced.
I'm thinking now there is a disparity between reporting pressures from the sensors. I am trying to work out if the adaptions can be reset with Ista, can someone kindly point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance

A battery pull will reset adaptations but were the new injectors registered?
