Best tune for 91 octane and max HP and Torque JB4

What is the max map and expected HP and Torque for JB4 when running 91 octane? This is the max we have in CA so wanted to know what's the most I can expect from pump gas here. This is for B58 hence in the B58 tuning forum.

Everything else stock and just running JB4?

If so then you would be running Map1/2

Map1: Additive map with peak of 3psi over stock added (91 octane)
Map2: Additive map with peak of 4psi over stock added (91-93 octane)
Map3: Additive map with peak of 6psi over stock added (93+ octane)

Looking at about 40 HP/TQ gain..

So about the same as mppsk on pump gas. Adding an exhaust to the jb4 and the difference in price isn't that much. Might be worth getting mppsk and a jb4 on top of that when running 93+ octane or e85.

Jb4 makes more power than MPPSK

The difference isn't much looking at the numbers based on 40HP/TQ gain compared to 35HP/39 pound feet for MPPSK on 91 octane.

the BMS gains is 40whp , BMW gains is 35 to the crank which is about 30 whp

Difference is 33% more power with the JB4 and it costs a lot less + has a resale value

the JB4 doesn't come with exhaust and should be taken off prior to selling the car and sold separately, it will be worth less than new. The MPPSK will raise the resale value of the car vs. if you left the JB4 tune on the car will likely lower the resale value since aftermarket parts actually negatively affect resale vs. completely stock, although there may be some tuner folks willing to pay more not knowing it typically will be worth less that way.
