Rounded off OFH Bolt

In the process of doing the OFHG leak (again) and new CSF radiator.

Did the OFHG intially at about 65K. Was done for me on travel again at 145K. And now we at about 209K.

As I went to remove the housing bolt between the housing and Intake (intake unbolted and pulled back and to the right), discovered the head was pretty much stripped/rounded off. Got the other two off, but both were definitely over-torqued. I can't get enough bit or room to remove the last one. Trying to avoid removing the intake, if possible.

Soaking overnight in PB Blaster. Considering drilling out the center of the bolt to encourage it to collapse slightly to remove.

Any other suggestions will be appreciated!
