How has the reliability been on modded 8AT?
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com In my search on the forum, i havent seen any major problems with modded cars having any issues with the trans.

I have only heard of one incident where a friend had both engine and transmission failure.
Only mod was the BMW Performance kit. New engine and Transmission was covered by BMW 95%. I've had no problem whatsoever.
