Does my car have 1 piston front calipers or 4 piston? Help

Hello Everyone, I have a 2013 Bmw 328xdrive Luxury Line, I am trying to figure out if I have 1 piston front calipers or 4 piston front calipers? Please help thanks

The difference is quite visible, even with the wheel on. One piston:
