The 2017s are still somewhere in the low 60% range residual wise whereas the 2018 are in the high 50% range; it's always that way while the 2018s are new on the lot and they have reminaing 2017s to sell. This will probably change later in the year/early next year and the 18s will be at the residual the 17s are now. Personally, I wouldn't fret too much as you are getting to do ED on the EXACT car you want....right now. That counts for a lot to me.

think about too the 2k lease rebate was just introduced this month... i would be sure to have your dealer agree that when it actually comes time to fill out the finalized paperwork they will let you take advantage of the latest programming if it is better.

I have to imagine as the holiday season approaches residuals will climb, i tried to map out the last few years based on what has been posted on this site and looking at the last few years as we roll into oct the residuals and incentives climb... with the exception of the 2015 holiday season on the 4 series

Good lord at that price I would be wanting an M. I would just take whatever the difference in residual is (roughly $2500 if 61% vs 57%) and demand that extra amount off MSRP.

Loyalty cash

If you're a current BMW owner or lessee, you're also eligible for $750 in loyalty cash.

Loyalty cash works like all other BMW consumer lease incentives. The money is deducted from the cap cost of the car. To be eligible, you must be a current BMW lessee.

Do you have an email or link on the web where this is referenced? Wasn't offered by my dealer.

Per BMW's website, they are not offering loyalty cash at this time.

Have to be a 3 Series owner in an active FS account. Not available on Euro Delivery

I'd say the title of your post is a bit misleading. All you have to do is say no.

Same lower residuals are happening now on the '18 3-series. Was going to order, but timing is bad, so will buy this F30 off the lease and see what happens later.

I got an email from the dealer I bought my last 328i from a few minutes ago that offers the $750 loyalty cash. I can't find it anywhere in writing on the web yet. Is this new?

BMW is offering $750 if you lease another 3-Series or upgrade to a 4-Series!

Sucks because I closed on a new 440 on Saturday afternoon and didn't get that. Assuming it's real do you think I could call BMWFS and see about getting that put towards my new payment?

You should be able to call the dealer and have them rerun your lock paperwork adding that on top. Also remember to check programming on delivery as it might be even better than now.

What's the $2000 rebates? I'm curious how the heck you found a rebate that's allowed to be combined with ED!

All manufacturer rebates are allowed with ED. They only tricky part is the timing. As you agree to a price well before the purchase is made, you might lose the lock time on the rebates / financing and have to take the best of what came in the 2 months previous to actually finalizing the purchase. You do have to make sure they lock you before each month end though, as you can't go back in time. California gets extra lock time just to cover the longer shipping time.

I took the 0.9 financing from 2 months prior instead of the 1,000 cash offered the month before.

And the dealer may or may not be trying to get one over on you. I find most dealers just don't know shit about how the ED process works as far as the bottom line goes, so they don't offer as much to cover their asses. Very important to find a smart ED dealer. Saves you money and headache.
