340i Steering wheel Vibration ? Is this Normal

BMW enthusiasts I need your help. BMW Field Engineer and BMW NA Headquarters is telling me that this is normal and part of the design and they cannot do anything about it. I need as many replies as possible so i can share it with them. It would be really helpful if in your response you can mention what bmw do you drive ?

I have a brand new 2017 340i with 3K miles and the steering wheel wobbles continuously when driving above 40. Dealer replaced the wheels/tires and also did road force balancing but no change in vibration. Is this normal ? Am i too sensitive ? Do you guys have the same issue ? Please see the video

Nope! That's not normal- unless the roads are very rough. That looks similar to a front wheel out of balance.

My impression is the same. Not normal.
