Sideskirt dint repair

I just noticed that my sidekirt has a minor don't. No scratches and no paint chips so I'm assuming something blunt may have caused this damage. This is only visible at certain angles and dependant on light.

Any suggestions on how I should repair this?

I was researching and some has suggested "hot water"..I don't like the idea of that.

Hot water seems to be as benign as any other option I can think of. I was thinking of the glue pull that PDR techs use, but that might not work on non-metal.

Would hot water damage the paint?

How hot is the water? I've heard about dry ice being used for metal dents, but never hot water.

I've seen people using boiling water. The sideskirts are plastic so should be bendable after being warm?

I know that my PDR guy can straighten plastic bumper covers as well as sheet metal, so I suspect he could do the side skirt, too. I wouldn't DIY it, though... the guy is an artist!
