BM3 License Transfer Issues

I am in the middle of purchasing a BM3 license from someone. We are both connected to our cars and running the BM3 agent. It is verified that both agents and web browsers are talking to each car individually, but when the seller hits transfer license he gets an error that says the following:

"Not Ready

Bootmod3 needs to verify software compatibility for the other car before proceeding with transfer. Start the bootmod3 OBD Agent on the other car and then try your license transfer again."

Once again my agent is recognizing my car and shows my vin etc so we are unsure why we are getting this error. We are out to BM3 customer service but wanted to see if anyone on here has had this issue as well.

yes he did. We ended up getting BM3 customer service to manually transfer it over. Mods can delete this thread.

I had the same issue but it went away as soon as I connected my car via their OBD to iphone wire. Interesting that yours didn't go away.
