EPS is offline, nothing you can do it program it to the car. Check EPS, plug connection, wiring or fuse

Thanks for the help!
The plug with 3 thin cables was cut , and I reattached the 3 wires , yiu tbink this could be the problem? If so would I need a new wire harness and mine can’t be repaired?
Thanks again !

Looking at the connector at the bottom of the picture, the terminals look corroded. My suggestion would be to have a new wiring harness as a starting point. One could fear that the module itself are fried as well.
