I have boatloads of information. Know basically everything about him and his family. I had to put it on hold, but I'll try to get back in this week and see what we can do legally. I may reach out to some affected and collect info if it's worth our time.

Awesome. I hope there is something we can do, but with loopholes and law enforcement likely not taking this as high priority, it may not be worth anything, so long as everyone gets their money back.

If you all file your complaints separately the local pd will put more effort into it. This might go to a civil matter in North Carolina, not sure on NC law. I'm more verse to NJ Law

The more I look at what we can do LE wise, it's getting down to having to do something like to make an impact... It essentially looks like reports online are for big scammers so the FBI can help block it, not small ones like this... Hmm.. Send me your info guys.

I'm actually chuckling quite hard right now.. Finally digging through some of the docs and in their current submission for bankruptcy, it says "How many creditors do you estimate you owe?" They checked the 50-99 box.....

If everyone is willing to help with that effort, I'm all for that as well. I have his current location, name, etc. that would help with who to submit to as well as how dense our reports could be.

Quick update:

Paypal just went in my favour and issued the refund as the guy never responded to paypal's email during the dispute.

I learnt my lesson not to trust those who have 0 trader ratings (sorry guys who are actually legit) Only way I'll do it is if the person has high rep and posts like BunkerJ

I appreciate the compliment. As I've said in another post, that isn't to say you can't trust them. I'd be wearier and request more information. At the end of the day, always use PayPal Goods&Services so you have the option for a refund. Retain all messages/discussions and relevant info. I've sold a few things on here and I think my rating is 0. Lol
