Heads up display options

I am really curious what all can be coded into the HUD. Right now by default I have speed, cruise control, nav images and temp warning when it's cold out.

I coded the nice color turn image that works with the nav.

So what else can I add?

What's the color turn change you speak of?

So instead of the orange lines and streets, it's a color image of the highway with off-ramps etc. doesn't work for all navigation but on 99% of the highways I've driven on it works.

Code this:

HU_NBT 3000 JUNCTION_VIEW_HUD from nicht_aktiv to aktiv

You do need to have an updated i-level in your car.

HU_NBT 3000 JUNCTION_VIEW_HUD was VO coded aktiv on my 2016 F36. Very nice feature.

I tried to get turn signals in the HUD...but no go.

I FDL coded it on my 2014 F30 and really like it -- even if it is only for highway exits/interchanges!

Any other coding items to HUD -- sure would like RPMs?

Nice find! I would love if there was a way to keep the HUD always white even during night mode. Has anyone found out how to do that?

I'm not sure...however there is a setting to keep the KOMBI display white:

KOMBI 3007 DIM_NACHT_EIN werte = FF--> werte = 32 Changes orange night colors of KOMBI to be white at night (No Navi Night Switch too).

On my 2016 F36 this setting is simply aktiv--> nicht_aktiv.

It might work for the HUD as well.

Another parameter that may be involved: KOMBI, 3000 --> HUD_TAG_NACHT_ENABLE AKTIV aktiv --> nicht_aktiv?

Hi All,
I tried Kombi 3007 DIM_NACHT_EIN = FF but it did not work.
I also tried Kombi 3000 --> HUD_TAG_NACHT_ENABLE but that did not work either.

It would be really nice to get HUD to always be white. Maybe there is a sensor that could be disabled? I haven't been able to find it tho. Has anyone else?

I have a '12 335 with HUD and have lane departure warning. I haven't found out a way or know if it's possible to have the lane departure warning in the HUD like the picture posted. Anyone know? Thanks.

Anyone know if it's possible to enable it on the HUD on a F30/31?
I have the Lane Departure feature enabled, and it works, but would be great to have it visible on the HUD too.

Is it possible to flash the stock Kombi with M Kombi firmware? What are the internal differences between the 2 clusters?

This is how it looks on my HUD when I have activated the ACC.
I would really like it to show the yellow lines related to lane departure.
I have the yellow lines on my cluster.

Anyone know if it's possible?
