My Ambient lights in the door is so weak. Is it any aftermarket ambient light strip that you can buy?

There are aftermarket diffusers you can buy, which make it more visible (based on user reviews and photos). Use the search feature to find the relevant threads.

What you can do in advance of that is to code ambient light to not be dependent on the light sensor and have it set to max. That worked fine for me and although the ambient is still less noticable than on other brands (Audi, MB, VW...) it is now acceptable.
