Looking for some help! I have a AH3 and want to hollow out the cat ( required to have a cat in nz ) how can I get rid of the CEL permanently without paying 800 for a BM3/JB4. Does bm3 offer free codes?

Why hollow it out, so you can pass visual inspection? What are your emission/inspection requirements?

Also, why hollow it out in the first place if you arent going to buy a tune to take advantage of it?

Hollow it out to pass visual inspection, as far as I’m aware they don’t test emissions

I’m looking at tuning it later but for now just want to change my exhaust note, slight increase in HP and hope for better fuel mileage until I can afford a tune.

Might as well just do IC and CP for now and do the DP when you can tune. The smell will be very obvious BTW
