Launch Control wheelspin

Hello! I have a base model 328i, I've coded various things to it and one of them is launch control with the sport plus, it all works fine but my wheel spin is crazy, it does a full on burnout. Keep in mind that I make sure all the conditions are fine, my tires are inflated to the 35 psi and are at 100 degrees f. I have 255 in the rear on Michelin pilot super sports. Anyone know why its so bad? It basically does wheel spin until it starts to fish tail and then traction control kicks in

You should try it again.
The launch control adjusts to the environmental conditions when reused, e.g. wet road surface.
This is what the manual says.

I have Dunlop Sportmaxx GT on mine and it spins up the wheels with LC also.
Fastest 0-60 Ive got is a 5.1 which is slow for my car

Maybe you need grippier tyres?

Do a mini LC - let the tyres burn a little to warm them up to the sweet point (literally 2-3 seconds)

Then attempt again straight away, your tyres will be ready and the LC will have adapted.

You need to be driving a few miles before hand though if you're expecting to see an improvement. I managed a launch on fresh PS4S', uneven road conditions (country lane) and it was -1c - I had zero spin and was pinned to the back of my seat, it really impressed me based on the conditions.
