Got mine back and they forgot to disconnect the cam this time, watched a *ank stain mechanic spend 20 mins doing the brake fluid change then the next 30 mins chatting with a mate, the car was then moved around the yard for the next hour after finally ending up back in front of the dealership.

My wife was waiting for it and no one told her it was back for another 45mins until she spotted it herself, she had a 6 month old with her so no rush! *unts 3 hour wait for 20 mins work, 100% useless, glad the service pack has finished, will never enter a dealer forecourt ever again.

And yes they did wash it and forgot to update the history, absolutely marvellous!

I have a fantastic local dealer, Lloyd Colne they are brilliant, friendly, chatty always helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they are up for a laugh and joke.

I'd hate to go back to one of these shitty dealers, although I used to, JCT600 they suck big time!
