Clockspring has been replaced twice now, light came back on...

When I purchased the car a year ago, the driver restraint malfunction light came on, took it to the dealer, they replaced the clock spring and everything was good... Few thousand miles later, it came back on, and I replaced it myself.

Now 2,000 miles later, it just came back up while making a turn and I assume I'll have to replace it again... WHY would this be the third time this has happened now? Could it be an underlying issue? Any help is appreciated...

We're you able to ever find out what was wrong? I have a driver restraint malfunction code 930904, but am unsure as to what it could be. Any thoughts?

I believe it's referring to the explosive in the airbag. Perhaps check to see if the connector on the airbag is dirty or making poor connection? Otherwise, perhaps you need a new airbag, not an SZL?

Just checked the connections! Took out the airbag but i was not able to take the actual harness connected right at the airbag out. Still pushed in that connection and reconnected battery. The fault code went from permanent to intermittent! Cleared it and hopefully it stays gone! Thanks for the suggestion!
