top speed limiter remove

I just got my 330xi and i figured out that the car is coming from US,
is there any way to remove the 220kmh/135mph speed limiter as the car is now imported in europe? can I do it with the dealer in my city?
On car technical data the max speed is 250kmh but actually is not

Depending on the tire the car was to be delivered with there is either a 135mph or a 155mph limiter (higher on M cars).
As far as I know, a reflash tune would be your best bet to get the top speed removal as well as a nice power bump.
Hope this helps.

the car is sport line pack and came out with BMW LA Wheel Double Spoke 392
wheels (17'' i think), now has 20'' and no option for summer tires mode (maybe I can do it via coding with bimmercode if possible).
I'm asking because in europe the top speed limit isn't based on wheel dimension or pack is standard 250kmh/155mph, I just wanted at least to get it
from 135 to 155, and after when tuned remove it in case.
I was wondering if contacting my dealer and showing him the certificate where is written 155 and car goes max 135 they would do something

In the US it's not the wheel dimension, it's the speed rating of the original equipment tires that determines if the car is speed limited. I assume that if all cars in Europe are not speed limited then they don't come equipped with H rated tires. The dealer will not change it. I don't believe they could if they wanted to using BMW programming tools.

Yah, speed limiters are a function of the speed rating of the tires the car is delivered with.

I removed my speed limiter (and got better tires) using bootmod3, which will be coming out for the B series engines shortly.
