Yes, blips and faster shifting. You can also adjust the rev matching to make the blips more or less aggressive.

Yes... its fully adjustable shift point on automatic mode. And yes on faster aggressive shift on stage 3.

If you have BM3 and use the bm3 transflash....I would put that between xhp stage2 and stage3 but no option of changing shift points.

Do the blips noticeable after flash? I am running bm3 trans flash but I don't really feel much difference.

I didn't tried all the features of xhp...I will ask my friend to describe it or see if he can change/ customize blip. I usually see him twice a month but with all this pandemic, I haven't seen him in a while. We got it for his F32, I did install it for him. As for me, I'm fine with BM3 transflash.

Not as noticeable as if you were heel/toeing with a manual but its smoother than stock. You can adjust how aggressive the revmatch is per gear though. I find stage 3 pretty good as is since it keeps the car from getting upset.
