Oil Pan Question

My oil pan has a leak... Dealer quoted me at $1939.19 to fix this...Feel like thats a bit high no? the pan can be found on rock auto for $150 and the the gasket is $25 max... Can anyone explain the reason for this fix being estimated at this price?

Any insight appreciated.

The subframe needs to be removed in order to replace it.

I was actually just looking at this today. Definitely not a simple job.

Where is it leaking from?
