F30 DRLs not comimng on

Hi new to this forum and BMW. Took delivery of 2017 MSport 330d the other day and the daytime running lights are not on at all. There is no option to turn them on via iDrive, so just wondering if I am doing something wrong? There is no message to say bulbs are out. Thanks in advance

Coding changes can affect the intensity of the lights. I'm not sure if the coding can turn them on and off as well. I'm sure others will comment on this who have more experience than me.

The previous owner may have coded them off. You can turn them back on with Bimmercode, which IMO is an indispensable piece of kit, as is a diagnostic and repair app.

There IS an option in the iDrive's menu under settings-lighting...providing that you have HID or LED lighting..Normal incandescent lights, I am unsure of.

It's an iDrive option for all bulb types, on LCI models in USA market.

Hi. I have replaced my headlights from basic halogen headlights to lci halogen headlights which they have LED DRL but they won't turn on. Is there any coding that I need to do to activate them or what should I do.

Yes, you'll need to code that.
