Poor range but performance stats look good for a EV..

Styling aside not sure the performance or range look good at that price point… i would rather pay the difference and get a Taycan or Tesla Mode S

Depending on spec it's a 30-40k jump to those cars.

And I'd take the BMW over a Tesla everyday.

Agreed, I like it and seems great value (ahem) 544hp BMW for 63k a Taycan is in another league price wise.

The only trouble is that by the time I had added some nice to haves, I was at £74k.....and I didnt even start on the individual options!

A Model 3 Performance is going to be a chunk cheaper than that.....I guess its what price do you put on BMW quality versus Tesla performance and range.

If your config came out at 74k adding 11k worth of options you ticked almost every box if some nice to haves is 95% of the options list then your cars will always be expensive.

The nice red paint, and three of the packs. The only way to get the same things I have on the Audi.

I even specced 19s not 20s, and no sunroof.... and it was £10k, a few quid under £74k from a few quid under £64k.

I wasnt just speccing one for fun, I was speccing what I would want to buy to replace the current steed. I am assuming like the current GC its a hatch....
