Side blades squeak/rattle

So I’ve fitted the side blades on the weekend and prior to fitting the car was silent and now there seems to be a squeak/rattle/slight tapping sound when driving (albeit very minor and cannot be heard with the radio on) just wondered if anyone else had this? The blades were fitted with just self tappers and not any double sided sponge tape and wondering if this would make a difference?!?!

The blades normally come with double sided tape pre-applied. Did yours not have any?

No they came just with a pack of self tappers so just used them, should I take them off and apply some do you think?

Are they genuine BMW parts? If it didn't come with tape this kind of thing should see you right -
