Needing to replace two rear tires for a lease return next week.

What are the minimum specs? And anyone have any 2nd hand in SoCal?

Check with the dealer as there are likely specific requirements (i.e., a BMW approved tire). You probably wont be able to return it with mismatched tires if that's what you are asking...

Like i said, check with the dealer to confirm. When i bought my car CPO, the dealer purchased new tires before delivering to me and charged the previous owner for them because the ones it was returned with didn't meet their specs (which may also include tread depth/wear if they are going to CPO the car). RFT can also be a consideration depending on what was OEM as you mentioned.
