Vmr wheel fit question

Hey so this might sound like a nooby question but I was wondering if I can fit my old VMR VB3 wheels that were on my 2008 e90, and transfer those to my 2016 f30 340i. Thanks guys.

Sizes are:
18x8.5 ET40
18x9.5 ET33

If those offsets were flipped they would be nearly perfect
