Secure gainst rolling on very small uphill

Hello guys,
Something like this happened on very small uphill, it was not even an uphill...
So i put a car in D and then release the pedal and it was like this for sever tries, then i shut it off and turn on a d it was fine, what could be the problem? THX in advance

Nope, but i have other cases where seat bealt was also not fastened, but car would go just fine, however something like this happened about 2 month ago, but in reverse gear and on rough surface downhill...

I back into my garage. If I open the door without the seat belt being fastened it will go into park. This is probably something similar.

Today i have tried with opened door and without belt and it just reversed fine on even surface... Will try on uphill

The car knows when it's not on level ground. I get the 'secure from rolling' warning in my garage, where the floor has a slight pitch to keep water from pooling. The pitch sensor also works with the hill hold feature and the alarm.
