Transfer case issue or not?

I have a 2015 F30 328i XDRIVE and I've been having a stuttering issue for a while now, everything i hit the accelerate pedal more than like 40% the car starts to jolt and stutter, if i try to accelerate hard the car will go into limp mode and the "Drive Train Malfunction" pops up, but if i let off car just continues to drive fine. I've watched a bunch of videos on symptoms and a lot of people say its either your Spark plugs, coil packs and its a misfire but I've replaced those and the engine sounds healthy.

You need to pull codes. Without that, you are randomly guessing many things that can cause that.

Never tried this on my F32 but on my F15 (X5), you can unplug the TC to troubleshoot it.

Also, you said no codes/lights pop up but have you hooked up a scan tool?

By any chance, did you inspect the vehicle prior to purchase? Buying a vehicle with 130K without an inspection comes with risks. Hopefully, the deal was attractive enough.

If you don't have a code scanner, please get one. That's the the first (and only) practical next step.

I still suggest to have a reputable indy shop to perform a detailed inspection.

If you have a drivetrain malfunction pop up in the dash I guarantee that there are codes. What code scanner are you using?

What he said^ The drivetrain malfunction will 100% be logging codes. Heck it logs codes if you trip the alarm by jacking up the car with the doors locked.
