Driver's side rattling

Hey guys,

I've had this terrible rattling on the driver's side of my 2013 328i and it's driving me nuts. Definitely not any of the visible trim or interior pieces, I've tried holding everything down but the rattling continues, so I think it's inside the steering column. Does anybody know how I'd go about finding the source of the noise inside the steering column and insulating it better? You should be able to hear the rattle in the video I posted below. Thanks!!

Steering column or instrument cluster. My old '13 had the same rattle at first. The dealership fixed it under warranty and I'm pretty sure they tore a lot of stuff apart to do it.
