2017 340i maintenance schedule
I’ve been searching and I can only find bits and pieces of anything official with what’s included in the “free” service.
Can anyone let me know a source? I think all these are included based on what I found: Oil change and filter every year Brake fluid every 2 years Air filter every year Spark plugs every 3 years Does anyone have the table with intervals?? |

The best place is to go to NewTIS. Under Maintenance, select option for Engine Oil (US). It will provide you with information on what has to be changed at each interval. Here is the link:

The owners manual is garbage lol
It doesn’t have a nice table anymore I saw this: https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/f...nance/Hb9JyWsG But what’s specifically included in all 3 years of service at each annual interval? |

Annual oil changes Alleged microfilter change at 20,000 miles (I don't think they did it) Changed Air Filter at 30,000 miles Topped off DPF at each service (diesel only) And also allegedly performed standard scope. All of that included free oil spills, wrong oils that needed draining and refilling again to match OEM recs, forgotten items such as DPF refills (if it is not a mess, they didn't do it). Basically, I regret doing it at the dealer. Should have gotten my kit at FCP and done my own basically free oil changes with their lifetime returns even for oils. |
