Hello, i have a bmw 335i 2012. Recent starts shacking / vibration the side mirror. Anyone know what to do ?

The gears may need replacing, I've seen youtube videos on how to do so. A search should find them.

I didn't find anything about it, just changing the entire rearview mirror
