What's the advantage of ordering an M-Sport with xDrive versus a Sport Line equipped xDrive? Reading the recently published 2013 BMW 3 Series Sedan (F30)-Pricing-Guide, aside from different engines, I cannot see any difference except paying extra for the exterior styling of the M-Sport package.

i don't remember it saying there was a different engine. and that is the difference between every line, how it looks.

learned from this forum that M Sport for xDrive may not be worth it since lowering springs (10mm lower) can not be installed on xDrive models

From what I can see, for the an additional fee, M Sport offers it's own steering wheel, 18 or 19 inch rims, extended side skirts and front and rear fascia.

Aside from that no difference mechanically for less expensive Sport Line with xDrive.

Don't you think BMW should at least offer the M-Sport with an increase speed limiter plus include a stiffer suspension?
