Boston area BMW indy recommendations?
Boston area, I'm in Arlington if that matters, but I can travel anywhere in the region.
Obviously the goal is not to pay stealership prices but still get great work and new OEM parts (or bring my own parts), and techs who are trained/experienced in BMW. I had a great BMW indy in another state but the dude was the same price as the dealership... |

As you've probably noticed by now the New England forums are pretty dead. I always go to Import Autowerks in Braintree. As a disclaimer the shop manager there's is my bro in law.

There's also Farley at Euro tech in Natick, great dude. Reasonable prices, and works on quite a few supercars and exotics. I would drive there from quincy just because he's so good. But covid wrecked that since we sold a car that was too small for a car seat (thus no ride back) and have yet to replace it. Can't drop off my car since I have nowhere to wait or work now. : There's Wain Jr and his dad in Brockton at MSTYLE Motorsport. Great dude, very thorough and clean work. Wain has a few E46 M3s too. The Prospec Autosport guys in quincy. Though and reasonable pricing from these guys too. A lot of JDM and imports run through here. There's usually a Black 993 parked outside 🥵🥵. Jake at Wile Motorsports in Walpole, they do a lot of bmw tracktoys, swaps, and race themselves in a few leagues. Woodward Motorsport in RI too, I believe. Seeing you are In Arlington, there's also Auto Engineering in (Peabody?) I think. And some others on the Northshore but I'm not really familiar with those areas. Also if you are on Facebook join Massbmw. All of the popular shops are in there and constantly get recommended when this question arises. Good luck

Cool, thanks guys, I also checked out Boston Auto Werks in Belmont, they might be a little pricy but I haven't compared to other indies. I'll check out FB as well. Some BMW clubs have wrench time in a shop once a month, but not sure about Boston...

I know this is an older thread but these guys are good too. https://foreignmotorcars.com/
Want to try Import Autowerks as I live in Braintree. Heard good things before seeing this thread.
