Last night I replaced my fuel tank vent valve as well as an oil change. I noticed that that there was a hissing sound when I shut the engine off and when the oil cap is removed it hisses and stops. I am going on a three hour trip tomorrow and I am worried that something is not right any help? The value cover was replace by the original owner at 80k miles. No error codes on ISTA, car runs like a RR V12.

I am pretty sure it is my valve cover. Anyone know where I can get a valve cover on Sunday up to 2.5 hours away from Philadelphia?
