Registering a 95AH battery?
Hello,
I have a 95AH battery that I bought for my F30. This is different from the original 90AH battery. When I want to change the capacity in Bimmercode, there is no option for 95AH. Only 90AH and 105AH. Did anyone else encounter this problem? If so, how did you get around this?

Leave it at 90 Ah. If you put it at 105 Ah it will overcharge.

Thanks.
I've been reading the same, which is that 92AH or 95AH are very close to 90AH, such that they are effectively in the same category. Some say, it can be argued the 5% difference would even fall within manufacturing tolerance or similar factors. The general rule it seems is to choose the largest setting that does NOT exceed the battery rating. As you mentioned, choose the 90AH, but 105AH would cause problems. Another individual on the internet also said that their dealer also coded his 95AH battery as 90AH.
