It must be showing issue now and doubt you car is still under original 4 Year/50k mile warranty.

Even if both conditions above are met, it's still a decision the Dealer makes under BMW guidelines.

I mean, I'm "one of those guys," I kinda made the dealership's life difficult, and literally my seats yellowed and peeled two weeks after I bought the car. Whatever arguement they would have had was gonna be weak. Either way, they didn't argue with me.
