Only had my F30 for 2 months, done 4000 miles and hit 1 deer!

the guy from the workshop phoned and said that once they had stripped the front away they discovered more damage than first thought, including the A/C radiator.

At least the lease company are sorting everything so I won't be out of pocket.
They delivered a new Audi A3 to use until it's fixed. It's nice, but it's no F30!

You are blessed man, it could have been a lot worse. Usually when people hit deer the deer jumps and ends up going through the windshield and hurting the front seat passengers. Its just a car......and it can be repaired. Maybe you can get a M sport front cap now??

Wow! Like others have said, you got very lucky the deer didn't jump up and go through the windshield. How fast were you going? That's actually quite impressive and a testament to the build quality of the car that there wasn't more damage. Good to know you're ok, and that the poor deer didn't suffer too much. Hope you get your car back soon!

I was on the motorway doing 70 mph!

it was a young deer, thankfully!
