Not sure I understand what you are saying here. I shoiuld blip the throttle when the car is off? Or blip the throttle and once the valve opens turn off the car so when I start it next time the valve is open?
No it's only a one time thing. So with only the ignition on, switch to sport and blip the throttle and you can hear the valve open. The car does not need to be on for this to happen. But whenever you're ready, hold the brake and press the start button and the car will turn on with the valve open this one time.

I saw that video too! I'm a little confused. I thought the valves opened on cold start? And then closes after its warmed up?
Also I'm not sure but I feel like my exhaust sounds louder in comfort than sport. I can hear the low grumble whereas in sport I just hear more engine noise

Yup, been discussed many times on the MPE about how it sounds better with the valve closed.

Just tried it. Valve didn't open for me. Went out back and looked inside exhaust pipe, valve still closed. What am I doing wrong?

Ok look I got the car a month and half ago and it has been freezing out since I got it, I have had no time to debadge it.

I tried yesterday but even with my heat gun it was not budging, its just too damn cold out.

I also do not want to do it at a time when I cannot use my buffer because I will need to polish out the scratches from using goo-gone to remove the leftover adhesive

Should of made the dealer do it. I brought the car home badgeless! Watched them do it in the shop too, took no time with the heat gun, no residue also. Paste wasn't even 2 weeks old so it came off easy.

This is after 30 miles of easy driving on a very cold day. I guess the flap stayed closed the whole time?

You've got 1 month or else .......

...and Rallye of all places. Seems like nobody out your way likes them.

If I come over there to see you this Spring to get coding done and that badge is still there, I'll walk away from you. ( No I'm not, who am I kidding. )

I almost removed ours right inside the Welt.

My car was a demo so it had been stuck on for a few thousand plus I thought they would scratch up the paint if they took them off.

Hah, I'm gonna try again this upcoming weekend if its nice enough out.

Yeah idk what peoples problem is with Rallye although I will say you experience will vary based on who you know.

I have always been satisfied with them, both on the sales and service end.

Side note, I got a notification that f30luxline replied to this thread but I don't see a post, did you delete it?

Hard to hear it when you are giving it the rev, idk, my car was warm already when I shot the video, I turned it on, put it in Sport or maybe Sport+ (not that it should make a difference) I hit the throttle for second or two and it opened open. Maybe blip is the wrong term?
