Cool New BMW F30 3-series Render from auto moto

Reported on BIMMERPOST HOMEPAGE.

The cover of the latest auto moto, a french auto magazine, features their prediction of what the 2012 F30 3-series sedan may look like. This render seems to draw heavily on cues from the newest BMWs such as the F10 5-series, F07 5-series GT, F01 7-series, and even E89 Z4.

Opinions?

Expect the F30 3-series to be launched sometime in 2012 (at the 2012 Geneva autoshow, based on info we've received).

I suspect BMW is going to LED's mainly bc the halo's can not meet the new EU mandated DRL requirement for M.Y. 2011. Just a guess though. Every new German car is getting them (LEDs) now.

Philips and Hella even sell LED retrofit kits in ever German super market! lol 130 euros for a pair/kit.

NO leds strips Please.
They should be reserved for Audi S or RS cars only to distinguish them more. They look like after thoughts on Porsches and MBs. BMW has had the distintive headlights for sometime already, Audi got theres recently with the LEDs. Now everyone is trying to get on that bandwagon and its getting out of hand.

Hahah, aint that the truth.

How long have Corona rings been available on bmw cars? Audi finally felt the need to have some "super sweet lighting"... always second - Oh the irony.

I really like the render though.. Looks athletic and mean...

I know its just a rendering but I think the mirror is gonna be smaller and sleeker more aerodynamic perhaps, those mirrors looks like they belong to a pickup or suv.
