Hi-Res BMW F30 3 Series Pics Reveal Distinctive Headlights & Two More F30s

The F30 fun continues. Yesterday we brought you the first shots of the new 3-series sedan as it was caught in Spain during a photoshoot.

Today, we're excited to share even better shots of this Sparkling Bronze F30 3-series. These hi-res versions show the front fascia in even more details, in particular the F30's unique headlight shape. The inside corner of the headlights appear to take on a very distinctive shape by angling in very sharply - a completely new design feature for BMW. What results is that the side of the kidney grilles appear to be exposed. We can't wait to see how this looks from ground level!

At the same time, there's also another two F30 models joining the scene. The first is in a dark blue color. You can also see a different premium wheel design and chrome trim around the windows on this second car. This second F30 is likely a different trim/line than the Sparkling Bronze F30. Above the dark blue F30 you can see the 5-spoke wheels of a third F30.

Recapping from yesterday: The interior of this particular car seems to be grey or beige. Interestingly, both dashboard and steering wheel have the same color. BMW actually seems to be repeating its past with their fully colored interiors of past days (also seen on F30 long wheel base prototypes meant for China). These shots also show that Head-Up Display will finally make its way to the 3-series, as well as the free-standing iDrive screen following the design scheme introduced with the F12/3 6-series.

Be sure to follow our complete F30 coverage: http://www.bimmerpost.com/3-series/f30/

F30 in Brazil

Does anyone know when the 3 series - F30 will be launched in Brazil? What models will arrive in Brazil? Thanks.

I have a feeling the car isn't going to look great with mods. Can't wait to see M-Sport.

Driver oriented dash is back!

Whoa wtf is that the outer sides of the grill I'm seeing? Looks like the lights have a design feature that cuts body work out so we see the outside ring of the front grill (best way I can describe it) ... crazy. Will have to wait to see a front shot before judging but highly interesting.

Yeah I see what you are talking about. Its like the headlights are set back off the bumper and the grills protrude out. That way you see the outside of the grill.

Is the f30 interior going to be more like the new 1 series hatch or like the f10?

Given the importance of the F30 I would say we are looking at a 320d in the Sparkling Bronze color and a Midnight Blue 335i that is hidden in the shadows with the more Premium spoked alloys that have been polished well by the crew to reflect the light.

Because it is the 3er everything will be all-new - colors , trims and new wheels.
But there is another car. If you look above the Midnight Blue 335i you can see the wheels allbeit covered by the tarp,Of the 5-spokes that have been caught in other photographs. This could be a larger engined diesel model 330d or indeed a four cylinder turbo.

Marketing always brings cars that are more "realistic" sellers for example a 320d.

Anyone else think this kind of stuff is a controlled leak? Apple-like in a way.

No wonder Apple and BMW are the top 2 most respected brands. Either way, I don't care...I love me some F30 spy pics

Pictures on the 2nd row show the car has such a short trunk & a long hood.. hrm, I could swear it was a 4-door Z4. Yes, must be it.

Who knows, BMW is going insane with their products now... 4-door grand coupe. 5series GT. freaking ugly F20 1series. & now a 4door z4.

Hopefully it's just the angle & my eyes play trick on me.

Still cant see the rear clearly. Although some people dont like the idea that it looks a lot like f10, for me, this is just like the E39 era, not Bangle butt. So, yep, I like it
