1st Look at F30 M Sport 19" Wheels, Blue Brakes, M Performance Dash & Steering Wheel
BIMMERPOST NEWS 1st Look at F30 M Sport 19" Wheels, Blue Brakes, M Performance Dash & Steering Wheel Seen here, at the Brussels auto show (courtesy of member Howowcanigo), is the first sight of the F30 3 series M Sport looking great with the optional Style 403M 19" wheels and the blue M sport brakes that we've been mentioning. As we just posted about, it hasn't yet been decided whether the blue M Sport brakes will be a part of the M Sport Package or optional. Also being displayed are some BMW Performance and M Performance - an M Performance alcantara dashboard cover with carbon fiber fabric trim, a performance flat bottom alcantara steering wheel with red center marker, and performance racing pedals. Some F30 exterior BMW M Performance and Performance parts were spotted for the first time just yesterday (see photos). UPDATED PHOTOS BELOW: These photos give us the first clear look at the M Sport brake. Calipers are painted in dark blue and show the M Decal. Also first seen in these photos is the short shifter for the manual transmission which seems to be the same as in or similar to the 1M short shifter. Finally, there are no red accents in the gauges of this car, so it remains to be seen if the European version will forgo them for production (as already seen for the US M Sport F30). For all current F30 M Sport information, check our guide. Updated with new photos, via GTspirit: These photos give us the first clear look at the M Sport brake. Calipers are painted in dark blue and show the M Decal. The alcantara dash and steering wheel that you see do not come with the F30 M Sport package. They're optional BMW Performance and M Performance parts.
But the standard M Sport interior is still really nice

Not really, that already happened long ago when trucks got emblems for the trunk. Now its just a design house, so rather than having ACS or the like be enriched, BMW offers it themselves. Smart marketing for sure, but has no impact on the m brand, whatever that means.

I love the wheels and the alcantara interior pieces. The flat bottom steering wheel is SO aggressive...I like all. I'll TAKE IT!

Whoa, me like! Thank gosh there is an alternative to the fugly M-Sport steering wheel (no offense to those who like it).
Can't wait to see what this means for the new M too.

You can peek them in the first photo - behind the front wheel.
But here's what they'll look like
