Awesome!
So please correct me if I'm wrong, I can NOW get the 328i with the M Sport package? And I can choose the Estoril Blue color? Will this be available for Canadian buyers? Please let me know because this is about to be the best news I've heard all day!!!

Do note that worldwide production of the M-Sport does not start until July. I I can get the above in Australia, surely you will be able to get it in Canada.

can you confirm if the 18" rims on the m-sport pkg will be 225s all around or staggered 225/255s? I think it would be a shame if you had to get the 19's to get the thicker rubber in the back.

Awesome.
Too bad the M sport doesn't get Pilot Super Sports- it would really destroy anything in it's path in a magazine comparo-

If the new badges are the same as the older versions , there is no way to put it on crooked. There are 2 posts and grommets on the back of the badge to hold it to the car . You just push it on.It is possible the graphic underneath isn't straight, but I think its just the way the light hits the white and blue.

MMMM...Estoril
it will either be this or Melbourne but at this point I'm leaning towards Estoril. I doubt the brakes will be standard equiptment with M-sport pkg and if they are the package is gonna cost north of $5k

For example, IIRC, BMW Canada stopped offering M-Sport on the E9x generation 328i earlier than in States because the demand was too low.

Wow.
(1) Didn't think I'd want a lighter colored car, but I am diggin' this Estirol color! (2) Didn't think I'd want a sedan, but the F30 M-Sport looks perfect!

I didn't think I would say this.. but looking at this and then the AC Schnitzer F30 back to back, M-Sport looks relatively modest and balanced. Before I thought it was a bit much. But now I like it.. weird how relativism works haha

I'm loving the look of the M-sport package on the new F30, and honestly after the rave reviews on the 328i I might have decided on my next car now. I'm an E92 335i owner now, and wouldn't mind the drop in power for the practicality of a 328 that still has plenty of pep to it. A 328i coupe with M-sport package is most likely going to be my next car.
Only thing I still feel is missing are better and more aggressive wheel choices out of the factory. A nice set of staggered CSL styles with wider rear wheels would look killer. |

On the E90 or E92? I'm pretty sure the E90 328i still had the M-Sport option before it went out and the E92 328i still has it but not the 335, which I found weird. That or the online configurator is wrong.

yea, definitely weird, as for the e92/3 in the US, if you go to order one now- online at least, you can spec M-sport, but no sport pack is available, whereas both are available for the e90 xDrives and e91s that you can still build online

But I see it came back at least for the 2012 model year, if not before. And yeah, it looks like you can't get it on the 335i - unless you opt for x-drive. Maybe it's because of the RWD 335is. Configurator has had errors before though.

You guys can say what you want about the tires but that showcar is wearing 225s out back. It is right there in the pictures. I wouldn't be surprised if that is the case since the F30 335 'sportline' I saw at my local dealer was wearing 225 Goodyear grand touring tires in the rear

I always prefer a square setup unless the car has a rearward weight balance (911, Aventador, etc.) or simply has too much power (Corvette) to get away with a square setup. |
