Hello,

So i own a 2018 420i and i went to a local muffler shop here and he installed a custom exhaust pipes middle -> exhaust tips (before the catalytic converter) and now the car does burble and bangs. My question is, is this normal? do u get burbles from just a custom exhaust? (i think i dont have a muffler now, all i see is 2 straight pipes)

If not do u think he might added a burble tune without telling me? (because i told him i want it to burble if possible) i paid 380EUR for the custom exhaust, he said he did not tune it or something but im not sure.. whats your opinion?

I am thinking to get bootmod3 and tune it to stage1 IF he tuned it and bootmod saves my current "stock" tune will the saved tune include my mechanics tune? sorry if its confusing..

do you think there will be any problem if i tune it?
