Are you running PREMIUM Map (CIC) or NEXT Map (NBT)?

I have CIC, and with the 2015 PREMIUM Map, and the Westpark Tollway is there. I know it well, as I travel it every single day to work, from Highway 99 (Grand Parkway) to Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8).

As for an error, I have never heard where the map installed 100% without any errors, and ended up being bad. It either fails installing, or it installs 100% and it is good.

I have a 2013 and am running the Premium map, although I have no idea what a next map is. Very odd that you have the WestPark and I don't. Any idea who I can talk to about this?

No, not really. It is an OEM Map, and since the road shows on mine, it is not missing from the map data. It has to be something else. Maybe a setting or something. Let me see if I can make it disappear on mine.

have you tried to reboot the Nav? Hold down the mute button for 20+ seconds and the system will restart. Maybe will help...

Thanks for the suggestion, I tried that but it's still missing! I wonder if there's someother way to reboot just the Nav system....

Shawn thanks for your help. I will try to reinstall the USB's again and see if that does the trick.

Well, now that I looked at it closer on the drive home, I notice:

1) The road shows, but it is not fat yellow / gold like a major road, rather it is thin and light blue. You need to zoom in under 400 feet or less to notice.
2) Nowhere do I see the Westpark Tollway actually labeled on the map.
3) With a Route selected, Westpark Tollway by name actually appears in the Route Information list.

Can you see it as a light blue road, and does show by name under Route Information?

It looks the same on my Nav system, but I haven't checked if it shows up under route information. Yesterday I put in an address that would have taken me on the WestPark, and thenNav system kept trying to get me on I10. That's when I noticed it wasn't explicity showing up as a fast route. I will check this morning and get back to you.

Just checked and WestPark tollway doesn't show up as a viable route. Also when I drive it, the car thinks I'm on the side road, not the tollway, so apparently the map for this is missing entirely.

Ok, so it seems we have the identical thing, as I suspected. I never looked at it this close before, and I can't remember if 2014 Map was the same way or not. It is possible the Map Data provider changed it or has it misclassified. In any event, we now know it is not any sort of installation issue.

It's not exactly the same. For me the WestPark tollway doesn't show up at all as an alternative. My Nav shows the road next to the WestPark tollway. I'm going to have to try and reinstall and hope for the best.

I am driving on the Toll road and it is showing me as being on the blue road right next to it instead of the fat yellow one.

Yours doesn't show the blue or the yellow one, or it shows only the blue one and the yellow one is missing?

Mine shows up as the blue road, there is no yellow road, and the tollway itself doesn't show up in the route information list.
