Coding after transmission replacement

My car was coded for folding mirror with closure, dvd in motion, and euro HBA. The car has to be re-coded due to transmission replacement. When I picked up the car, the mirrors would not fold when closing the door. I thought the dealership reset my car and will need to be coded again. The weird thing is both dvd in motion and HBA still worked. Mirror closure no longer worked???? Do I need to re code this option? What happened?

It is possible that some of it may have been reset. I had something similar when my steering rack was replaced and had to recode some of my settings again.
