Bootmod3, XHP, not working with iOS 15
Hey guys,
Is anyone else having issues connecting your car to the iOS version of bootmod3? Ever since I upgraded to iOS 15 (currently on 15.0.2) I can't ever connect to my car on the bm3 app or xHP. It just never detects my car. I've tried other cables and it still doesn't work. Does apple or PTF know about this yet? It used to work perfectly on ios 14, so I'm pretty sure it's an ios 15 thing. |

Yes your post just reminded me I upgraded to iOS 15 and I couldn’t connect for the life of me. That explains it!
An aside: can I do a transmission flash on bootmod3 iOS app for my 2016 340i? I tried to do it before and when I went to the transmission tab it was just blank. Thanks |

Also you'd need a phone that's not running iOS 15 to flash it. Today I used my MacBook pro 2020 to flash it because the xHP and bm3 app work on there. |

Anyone having the same issues with bimmercode? Seems like apple always screws up the Bluetooth with a major iOS release and then fixes it later. Though they never did fix the idrive text display issue where it only shows the phone number instead of the actual contact name.
